It is your choice. When you choose your weekly menu you will
be asked if it’s okay for our driver to leave the bag with your meals at your
doorstep. It is safe for our meals to stay outside for the following 6 hours,
as per our terms and conditions you are responsible to collect them before tOn the
other hand, if you choose not to leave the bag outside our driver will knock
until someone receives the meal. If our driver does not receive an answer, they
will try to contact you. If no answer is received, our driver will return your
meals to our kitchen and you will lose that days meals.
As per our terms and conditions, you must return every insulated
bag and cold packs to our driver at the next delivery scheduled. For example,
if you receive your meals on Monday morning, you can leave your bag and cold
packs outside that night, so that on Tuesday morning our driver will collect it
and place the new bag with your meals.
you can not keep more than 2 days of bags and cold packs. In the moment that
our driver is unable to collect the previous bag, you will receive a notice
that they have to be returned on the next following day or you will be charged
with a fee of $20 for unreturned equipment.

Depending on the power of your microwave oven you would need to reheat your
meals for around 2-3 minutes. However, if you choose to use the conventional
oven you have to remove the meals from the plastic container and use a
container safe for ovens. For conventional ovens, the reheat time depends on
